Curry Chicken with Spinach

Ingredients:

  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Ginger - 2 lrmtika
  • Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • Chicken - 3 pieces.
  • Cream 22% - 150 ml.
  • Spinach - 100 grams
  • Spice 1 / 2 tsp: turmeric, curry, cumin, coriander, chili
  • Salt and black pepper - to taste


Method:

  1. Chopped onions and fry the garlic and crush to add to the onions.
  2. Ginger peeled, chopped and, together with spices (turmeric, curry, cumin, coriander and chili), add to the onions. Sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Chicken fillet chopped and put out to white. Excess water to evaporate.
  4. Tomatoes coarsely chop and add to chicken and stew for about 5 minutes.
  5. Combine chicken with tomatoes and fried onion, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. Pour the cream and simmer on a small fire as long as this mass does not boil.
  6. Add spinach, stir and immediately remove from heat and serve.
