Products for the recipe:
- Pork Ribs - ~ 1.7-2 kg.
- Dry oregano
- Red chili pepper
- Ground black pepper
- Garlic granulated
- Paprika
- Lemon - 1.5 pc. (Half)
- Salt
Recipe Preparation:
- Ribs thoroughly washed under running water.
- Then remove the tape - at the bottom of ribs.
- Ribs cut into medium pieces and rub our abundant spices.
- Then pour on the ribs squeezed juice from our lemons.
- Now wrap ribs with the marinade.
- Give the brew for about an hour and a half at room temperature.
- After that we can prepare them already, but if you want them to be soaked in the marinade better - put them in the refrigerator overnight.
- Begin cooking the ribs themselves - we spread them on the grill and fry on both sides for 8-10 minutes. each side.
Serve hot with the sauce to the meat.
