The ribs on the grill

 

Products for the recipe:

  • Pork Ribs - ~ 1.7-2 kg.
  • Dry oregano
  • Red chili pepper
  • Ground black pepper
  • Garlic granulated
  • Paprika
  • Lemon - 1.5 pc. (Half)
  • Salt

Recipe Preparation:

  1. Ribs thoroughly washed under running water.
  2. Then remove the tape - at the bottom of ribs.
  3. Ribs cut into medium pieces and rub our abundant spices.
  4. Then pour on the ribs squeezed juice from our lemons.
  5. Now wrap ribs with the marinade.
  6. Give the brew for about an hour and a half at room temperature.
  7. After that we can prepare them already, but if you want them to be soaked in the marinade better - put them in the refrigerator overnight.
  8. Begin cooking the ribs themselves - we spread them on the grill and fry on both sides for 8-10 minutes. each side.

Serve hot with the sauce to the meat.
