
Ingredients:
- 8oz fresh buffalo mozzarella (cut into small pieces)
- 12 oz small fresh cherry tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 handful fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt & pepper
- 5 tsp Dijon mustard
Method:
1. To make the dressing first blend mustard, oil, vinegar and torn up basil together in a large bowl.
2. Add mozzarella and tomatoes, mix very well until cheese and tomatoes coated with dressing. Serve as a starter or with crusty bread.
