Ingredients:
- 4 Whole onions
- 56g (2 oz) Butter/Margarine
- 2 Pints of stock (Stock cubes)
- Seasoning
Method:
1. Cut onions into thin rounds
2. Fry onions in hot butter until golden brown
3. Add stock and the seasoning
4. Simmer for around 20 minutes
5. Serve
