French Onion Soup

Ingredients:

  • 4 Whole onions
  • 56g (2 oz) Butter/Margarine
  • 2 Pints of stock (Stock cubes)
  • Seasoning

Method:

1. Cut onions into thin rounds
2. Fry onions in hot butter until golden brown
3. Add stock and the seasoning
4. Simmer for around 20 minutes
5. Serve
